We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle it.

More than 30 days before check-in

Full refund. No questions asked. Life happens.

30 days or fewer before check-in

No cash refund — but we'll issue a full booking credit valid for 12 months. Pick new dates that work, and we'll make it happen. We almost always find a solution.

No-shows

No refund or credit for no-shows. If something unexpected comes up on the day of travel, call us at 706-502-4823 — we're human and we'll work with you when we can.

Date changes

Want to move your dates instead of cancelling? Contact us as early as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes at no additional charge, subject to availability. If your new dates are in a higher-rate season, we'll let you know the difference before confirming.

Weather

Rain in the mountains is beautiful from a treehouse — many of our guests say rainy stays are their favorite. We do not offer refunds or credits for weather. If severe weather creates genuinely unsafe conditions (ice storms, fallen trees blocking access), we'll work with you on rebooking.

Email stay@loxleyforest.com or call 706-502-4823. We respond within 2 hours. Cancellation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us.
