Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Directions, check-in instructions, and all the details you need will be sent prior to check-in. Some information will be sent right away after booking, while other details (like door codes) will arrive up to the day before — that way everything is nice and fresh when you need it.

Pack light as if you were embarking on a wilderness adventure — because you are. There's a 1/4 mile hike down to the treehouse through the forest. The trail can be slick after rain, so we definitely recommend a good pair of hiking boots or shoes. This also helps limit the chances of an accidental encounter with some of our less friendly forest friends like copperheads and scorpions.

For clothing, assume it will rain, and other than in the dead of winter, expect up to 3 seasons in one day! Layers are king.

Oh, and bring your favorite pizza toppings and sauce. And an adventurous spirit!

Although cell service can be rather nonexistent, there is WiFi via a hotspot in your treehouse. It's enough to check in if you need to — but we encourage you to unplug and let the forest do its thing.

The rope bridge is absolutely safe. It's rated to carry 8 adults and is thoroughly inspected seasonally, while also visually inspected daily.

If you're afraid of heights, use this as your opportunity to conquer that fear! You are completely safe — just focus on the treehouse ahead. Many folks have conquered their fear crossing Loxley's bridge. You might just surprise yourself.

It's absolutely kid-friendly! Although we always highly recommend constant supervision for younger or more adventurous children. The entire structure has safety netting, but keep in mind — you are 55 feet up at many points during the treehouse journey, from the rope bridges to the treehouse decks.

Pets are certainly welcome! Just keep an eye on them during the hike in and around the property.

We've engineered the treehouse to naturally adapt with the seasonal climate. We have fans inside for hotter months and heaters for colder ones. With that said, keep in mind there is no traditional heating and cooling — you're living in the forest, and that's part of the magic.

As we are a highly sought-after experience and a small outfit, we offer full refunds up to 30 days prior to check-in. With that said, we understand life happens — so we generally issue a credit for a stay at a later date when possible.

For weekends, holidays, and peak season (April – December) there is generally a two-night minimum. But we often make exceptions when we can if you're only able to stay one night — just reach out and we'll work it out.

Simply message us after booking and we'll add any experience you like. We can also do custom proposals for anniversaries, birthdays, or any special occasion you have in mind.

Rain — just like every element of the wild — is all part of the experience. Embrace it and enjoy. There's something magical about watching a storm roll through the canopy from the safety of your treehouse.
